As the title mentioned, what's the difference between these two terms? The question has troubled me for some time. Hope somebody can answer me. Thanks!

The phrase "in doing so" implies that the action happens naturally as a consequence of the prior action, whereas "by doing so" suggests that the action is intentional to achieve a specific result.

Is there a reason why you are adding multiple answers to the same question?

How do you perceive the added value and quality of each such answer relative to each other, and to other available answers to the same question? What are your (or the site's) goals and how can we best further those through these answers?

(I'm interested in learning about some of your own opinion, as opposed to a potential AI-produced "opinion" on that. Generally, if you don't attribute the content you post to anybody else, that means you are presenting it as your own. For reference, there's a site policy and a network policy on AI-generated content.)

The account which posted this answer never contributed anything genuine to the site, only AI-generated content of very low quality. It is an account solely created to post spam.
