  • CC-Canto - An open-source Cantonese dictionary, run by Pleco.

Mobile Apps

  • Pleco (iOS, Android) Extensive dictionary sourced from CC-CEDICT along with their own entries. There are a slew of add-ons including a free Cantonese dictionary (CC-Canto).

+1 for Pleco, it's features to scan a character or allow drawing a character on the app helped me a lot.
