Difference between Hindi verbs that ends with "a", "e" and "i"

I can speak/understand/write/read many Indian languages but my grammar is not good in all those languages which I have learnt later. I have typed using English text here for brevity.
Let's say I have to ask my teacher, "Sir, where may I find the PDF file?"
How do I say it in Hindi correctly:
-
"Sir, iska PDF kaha milega?"
-
"Sir, iska PDF kaha milegi?"
-
"Sir, iska PDF kaha milege?"
My two questions for the same sentence:
-
What's the difference between the three words that ends with a, i, and e?
-
Is the word "iska" or "iski" correct here? Which, ofcourse, I understand means "it's".
